Professional paddle
Wow! I tried it for 1st time yesterday after months and pizza was perfect. Best i made so far. Cannot make bigger than 12" medium size but its big enough. I will put some glue so the handle stop loosing up..

Better than Ooni
We recently bought a nice Ooni pizza oven. That said no matter how much I tried the sleeve that came with Ooni it always stuck. When I used more flour the flour would catch on fire and burn the whole pizza! So I knew that a perforated sleeve would work much better. The first pizza came off so easy and did not throw excess flour into the oven to catch on fire! So if you’re struggling with the Ooni pizza sleeve get this one instead. It’s so much cheaper too! Gréât quality with even more reach than Ooni. Sorry Ooni:(
