The book is very neatly organized within three sections, each featuring 50 tips: Managing Yourself (listed on Pages 195-198), Managing Your Team (198-201), and Managing Your Business (202-205). This book almost answers most of the questions if not all, one may seek as a new business owner or an experienced manager with a firm who's looking to refresh some forgotten ideas. Each tip is written in a single page and I use these tips as a start for further learning on a topic of research or study.To speak about the content source, the primary source itself for this book is the Harvard Business Review's publications. So we can certainly have no second thoughts regarding the standards here as one may easily agree with the academic research from Harvard University which stands as one of the best in the world.I strongly recommend getting this book for a quick read and a reminder for everyday business - life.

Nice book, though was surprized to see the compact size as expected bigger but worth it to have it in compact handsize book a sort of handbook to easily fit your palm size. Ideal for gifting purpose as well. Cover is beautiful and classy.

Include 150 "Management Tips of the Day" that have been featured by the Harvard Business Review blog. I find it's a great tool for Human Resource Business Partner out there to either remind your clients of concepts that they already know of or to start a coaching conversation on concept that may need to be worked on. You will not find answer and/or solution to a business question or problem in this book but it may be a good place to look at first to help narrow your research on potential solutions.

I tis collection of several thoughts. Some are available over internet search, It is not original work of research or experience, it is collection of thoughts from several sources. Book is beautifully designed
