I bought these to help when I take my 4 children out by myself. The older two don't need them but my twin one year olds wear the butterfly wings. It's not perfect at that age because they walk in opposite directions (not a fault of the product, just the reality), but it does give me peace of mind that they can't go too far from me.The wings are adorable and the clip is metal, which makes it strong. I had plastic version years ago and never trusted it.I also love that the leash detaches. I am able to put them into their stroller and move to the next part of the park without having to take the harness off. And when it's time to get back out, I can easily add the leash back on.My only issue is that my 1 year olds are rather small and the harness doesn't get tight to their bodies. But they haven't been able to wiggle out of them so it works! They would likely fit a more average sized 18 month old well.And while I haven't used the wrist leashes with my 5 and 7 year old, I like having them. They may be helpful if I take all 4 kids to the carnival or amusement park... somewhere crowded with a lot of excitement. It will help them not wander... even if I just connect one side to the stroller and they hold the other end.

I was a little skeptical of this, not wanting to be one of those parents, but just like you I found myself looking for one of these for my extremely energetic and wondering three year old. My hubby and I got it for trips, going to the airport and cruises. I am so glad I got this. It’s helped ease my mind when we’re in crowded places and saved me some energy since my daughter won’t wonder far. We tested it out before and she loves wearing it so win-win! It’s adjustable and comfortable.

I know some think this is like a leash for a kid, but it’s not! It fits good. Not to loose and not too tight. Child will not even know they have it on. It comes with one to go on your wrist so they’ll stay closer to you and one that is a little bit longer like a leash so you give them a little bit more free space to walk. It’s very cute as well! Its easy to use, it’s small so it doesn’t take up much space for storage.

Works as intended, really cute. My LO is 15 months, in the 50 percentile for age and it's tightened as much as it can. Still a little loose but it doesn't come off. If she figures out how to get her arms out then it will be useless.

This product worked for both my girls without having to buy two of them. I was able to convince my youngest to wear her butterfly wings all day long without a fight thanks to the design. And with my youngest wearing the wings I was still able to use the wrist band accessory on my oldest child. It is a really great value and the quality is fantastic really brought me an ease of mind while in busy places with my kids.

These harnesses are adorable however the design is not great. The straps ride up even after adjusting every way possible. If an 18 mo old stood still this would be great but they do not. I’m adjusting with some sewing because they’re just too cute to return.
