It’s a great stain, but it seems to be a lot darker that advertised, it may be that I added it on too thick, but other than that it’s a great stain.

This product worked as advertised. It covered bear wood in one coat and is weather resistant to this point cleanup is with mineral spirits beware of that. It does not clean up with soap and water.

My table was a light wood and I wanted it dark, so I bought this. I sanded it down first (followed those instructions) then put the stain on. It said to wait 3 minutes, then wipe stain off. I did this, and there was virtually no color change. So I left it on overnight and never wiped any of it off and got this gorgeous dark brown table that has a glossy finish.I've since purchased polyurathane and intend to seal it, but 3 days in (so far) and it looks great! I even had some friends over for dinner and we used glasses sans coasters and the wood/varnish remained 100% in tact.LOVE the way this turned out! Also, happy I could get the HALF pint as it's all I needed for the project.

It's perfect and always consistant. It will last a long time and goes far. I just wish they would package it differently so the can doesn't rust out before you get to use it all.

This is the perfect Stain and Seal for the our wooden gate and fence. It was very easy to apply and it will last for years.
