Dots are Foam
I should have read the description more carefully. I got these for a classroom and didn't realize the dots were made of foam and not plastic. Despite having a magnet on the back, I'm not sure these will last long in a school setting. I do like that it came with 6 boards and plan to use these for both reading and math. They will be blending boards where students push the sounds, and ten frames for solving math problems visually. Excited to use this but wish the magnets really were strong and that the dots were more durable.

Cool 10 Frame
This magnetic 10 frame is very neat. It comes with multiple sets, which is great for small groups. I haven't lost any of the counter dots yet & like that they have multiple colors. My kids use these a lot & I love how they are dry-erase compatible too.

easy-to-use and colorful ten frame for elementary math
I got this for my kindergarten and first grade homeschoolers. I used it in conjunction with a classical arithmetic book to help learn math facts. These ten frames were essential in helping my learners visualize addition and subtraction facts. The frames and foam counters are sturdy. It seems really simple—maybe too simple, but my kids really love writing the problems with the dry erase markers. I like the variety of colors because it allowed for versatile activities and my children like to choose which color to use. Overall, this has made teaching math facts up to 10 much easier.

The Best Magnetic Ten Frame Set
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what I gave been searching for. Most Ten Frames are not magnetic because they are table top activities. I am using these for a stand-up magnetic board so that my kiddos can see from sitting down. That is why I was looking for magnetic ones. I was afraid that the counters would have a weak attraction and fall off if out in an upright position but they seem to hold up. This set has 6 frames and plenty of extra counters in case you lose some. Bonus is that you can write the math problem on the bottom. I have never seen this feature, and I love it. Even better, dry-erase markers in black and red are included. I highly recommend this product.
