A practical guide on using behavioral science in the workplace
With the little time I have, I found this book to be quite practical, and engaging. It tackles very important aspects that professionals face on daily basis at the workplace. It is precise, and can be read one chapter at a time.I found it to be particularly helpful in defining the behavior I want to adopt in specific situations, and in being more aware of how I used to behave in similar situations earlier. If you’re a professional who manage teams in highly competitive environments, this book is for you.

Science-based but so simple to understand
This book made me laugh! The way in which it is written is entertaining and easy to understand, but it is also based on psychology and science. I loved it so much I gave it to my teenage daughter after I finished it. The lessons it contains will help her too.

Must Read for Those Wanting to Improve their Career
This book is most excellent. Backed with research and scientific experiments. Yet digestible to anyone who wants to take ownership of changing the current narrative that only those 400 million male Caucasians have a chance to succeed. This is empowering for the other 7.1 billion people who don't fit the stereotypical bill and want to improve themselves. This book gives practical advice implementable as your read on how to improve your perceived social and work status resulting in enhanced performance and persuasion.

A fascinating insight into how behavioural science can help you to influence
I would highly recommend this book if you are looking to increase your influence within your job or among colleagues. It is refreshingly readable, with lots of practical insights into behavioural science, and how this impacts the way in which we behave and influence others. I really enjoyed Dr Nimon-Peters' writing style, which is informative but incredibly relatable and the individual principles in the book make it easy to digest. Upon finishing it, I went away with plenty of takeaways which I have been trying to implement within my own life.
