I first set this up to make sure it worked. I was amazed at the brilliant picture quality.The entire product was made of high quality material. Nothing was cheap or flimsy.I liked that they provided the option of a dash mount tray, or glass mount with a magnetic system. I'll point out that the magnetic sticker on the back of the monitor came off after 3-4 times of removing it from the mount. A stronger glue would solve the problem.The installation is fairly easy depending on how accessible your vehicle's trim is. Personally, I didn't want any wires or holes showing. So it took 2-3 hours. I have a Toyota Highlander and I had to remove the panel from the hatchback, then remove all of the surrounding trim. That was easy once I YouTubed how to do it. Finding the reverse lights wire wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Turn the ignition switch on (without starting it), put the transmission in reverse, set the parking brake, then use a tester to find the right wire in the harness behind the light assembly.Unfortunately, once I got all of the wires ran and concilled, there was a problem with the connection.Before installing the monitor, I wanted to make sure that it worked. But it didn't!! All I got was "no signal". I even took the monitor to the back of the car to see if it was an antenna problem. I was able to get a little static when I placed the monitor right next to the little antenna wire on the harness, but no picture!!!The frustrating part was that now I was going to have to remove all of the wire that I just installed.So I contacted customer service and they were great!!!Very responsive and helpful, (that is, until they read my review). They determined the problem and immediately sent a replacement to me. It arrived the next day, I was shocked!!! Especially since I didn't have time to send the defective unit back yet.There's a lot of things that I could say about the initial form of Customer Service, and they are all positive comments.Quick response time, willingness to resolve the problem easily and effortlessly, easy to understand and communicate with, this is a customer service department that turns a problem into a solution before you even have a chance to whine about it.Sure, I was frustrated about the Quality Control, but the Customer Service fixed the problem so quickly that I didn't even have time to complain about it. And, they followed up with me to ensure that this one worked okay.Great Customer Service!!!Or so I thought.UPDATE:I've been noticing this more and more with various Sellers. They require a "Stellar 5 Star review" BEFORE they will replace or refund the product/money.Although this Seller promptly replaced the item, they are still requiring a 5 Star review.I totally get the reason behind this, but if they are selling an inferior product, I believe it's only fair to post a review that aligns with that. I mean, that's the whole purpose of reviews anyway. If we start giving out 5 Star reviews just to please the Seller, then the honesty and integrity of this customer based platform will be unstable and untrustworthy.These statements from the Seller's are becoming more frequent,"Hi,You needn't return the former item.Did you give us 5 stars review? it means a lot for us".Ok, now that I told him that I couldn't honestly give him a 5 Star review ( I gave him 4 stars, but complimented the Seller), he's no longer willing to communicate with me until I return the damaged product. Which I can do, I just don't have a printer and the nearest UPS Store is quite a ways away.

Very simple installation, easy to follow instructions, clear picture, overall great product for the price, was actually surprised with the ease of installation and quality!

Works well, did not have a backup camera and this one is very helpful!

To bright at night, but easy to turn off, I only use it to back up to my trailer!!

Excellent product. The fact that it doesn't have a cigarette lighter attachment is a plus in that why pay for something totally unneeded. When this is wired into the backup lights properly the image comes up immediately. The image is actually better than expected. When it arrived weather did not allow installation in vehicle so I hooked it up to a 12V supply in my shop and was amazed how fast the image came up. Actually faster than the image in our 2018 Chevy. There is no blurring with motion unless my hand was waved very fast in front of camera only 60cm away from the camera. A normal walk by at about 3 meters showed no blurring and a pan around my shop was excellent meaning backing up at a reasonable speed will be fine. The grid is excellent and centered. Yes the newer cars have many more attractions, but then they cost 50 to 100 times as much and the image is not greater than what this has, and at this price you could replace it cheaply every year if necessary. How long it lasts is anyone's guess. Mine guess is years. 08-07-2018, Have to add more. Camera finally got installed after broken arm mended. It is a great system but I don't recommend it for older vehicles, ignition noise shows on monitor. Also wire inside cable is too small to reliably carry sufficient power to monitor from rear of vehicle not equipped with LEDs for backup lights. I had to add a #18 wire to get the voltage up above 9 volts so the monitor would power up. Voltage at backup lamp was 12V while at monitor power connection it was lower than 9V. Also emailed seller and their email would not accept mine after 3 tries. Therefore help and support non existent.

This was for a replacement that died. This one works even better than the old and was very easy to install. I have it on my 31' RV . The distance from the dash to the rear wall is about 25' and it has great reception. Lots of functions and personalization features.

Camera works great. Installed on Ford Expedition and the wireless works fine. The wire for the camera could be about twice as long. The license plate is in the hatch and I had to splice about 4 feet to reach the reverse light in the taillight. I ran a wire from the reverse light in the taillight to the dash so the camera and monitor only come on when SUV is in reverse.
