Recieved the product. Packaging was intact, looked good. Opened it and started to inflate It. Found middle ring of the bucket base has a hole on the seam. Therefore neither tape or the patch that came with the product will work. Return pick up is schedule and a new inflatable will be delivered in 2 days. Hoping the replacement inflates as expected.Will say this tree is bigger than I thought and will hold a good amount of beverages.

Typically, I only write positive reviews. But I must say this this palm tree was a stinker. Not only did it take serious lung power to blow this baby up, it wouldn't hold air for longer than 5 minutes. The base deflated, the leaves slowly lost air, and the trunk that holds it all up started going limp after about 3 minutes. We had to rest it against a wall but that mattered not because 10 minutes later is was flat on the ground. I never had a chance to fill it with ice and drinks because it couldn't hold air much less hold beverages. I wasn't able to locate the leaks and, quite frankly, I didn't have time to search hard for it since I had other decorations to attend to, Bottom line: a picture of a palm tree is more reliable than this inflatable.

Had to jump through hoops to get this thing filled... Once we did it Looked great until the stalk started to deflate & wouldn't hold the air once refilled numerous times. It served it's purpose once I hung out from the bar on my tent.

Despite other reviews, I ordered anyway hoping it would work out. Held air for a few hours, then a seam in the trunk blew out -- the size of a quarter slot. Another section in the base was slowly leaking, but I could not for the life of me find the hole. Ordered the best patch kit I could find, but to no avail. This would be so great if the quality were better. It's really cute.

I ordered two inflatable coolers. One had a hole in it and gradually deflated. It was very disappointing. The one that remained inflated was exactly what we wanted.

Blown all the way up, filled with water or without and the tree would not stand up. Very cute. If able to prop the tree on something it's good

It was a hit with the kids.

Omg this thing did NOT stay inflated at all. It was so cute with the air but 5 minutes later it was droopy and on the floor. Money wasted!!!!
