Seems to work
The pill seems to work, as I felt much better on my legs after I took them. The only thing is the pills are so so so big. Every time I took it, I felt I cannot breath.

Not what I expect
The smell of pill were so fishy and the quality of the bottle ain’t good as expected, was really excited when received but at the end it turn out very disappointed

Broken capsules
About a 1/4 of the capsules were broken either in half or smaller pieces. Between that and having to swallow 3 large capsules, I will try a different brand.

Horse Pills
I never know if a vitamin or mineral I take works. But I do know that this pill would be difficult for people to swallow if large pills are problematic.

There pills
Instructed by Dr to take calcium with Vitiam D, 1500 mg dose. I could only find this brand in correct dosage and vitamin D. Pills larger than I wanted. Just starting taking no idea how good they are. They are not gell pills.

Good brand
This brand is great. I've been taking this for some time to see. I took another US brand in the past. But it seems the US brand is much nicer, especially for people who's stomach and digestion is not great.
