Depends on the flavor
I've had the Chocolate flavor which earns a 5, then I had vanilla which would earn a 4, most recently I tried the Salty Caramel which I would not give a 1 star. It has a terrible taste that I would describe as rancid. Any hint of caramel is overpowered by some terrible taste. The remaining 4 packs are going in the garbage.
