This is a good supplement to use for regaining lost electrolytes during the week

Overall great in taste and as a sports drink
Smell is lemony , tastes great with a little sour side , feels energetic during workout. It's value for money . But they better should provide a container to store it, or at least a scoop . That's what I think missing .

Best ever reload and bcaa I ever got, Tastes too good.
The result is very much impressive... Workout master and u will never get hungry and tired during workout... I use this as an intraworkout...It works both as booster and reload..With zero sugar and very good carb... Awesome product and best packaging from fast and up company.. U can consume this for any sports u love during cycling and during every sports.. I bought the lemon flavor which tastes too good..just best thing for me during workout

Good ISO drink to keep you hydrated during endurance training
I'm a cyclist and I am using this mix for some months and really happy with it's use! Good balance of Carb and electrolytes, tastes good added bcaa to help you recover a little faster! Value for money I would say!

Weird taste not like before
I’ve used this product for the first time today and it had a very foul odour and the taste was also weird

Not up to the mark
Took it due to the brand name. But seems it's nothing but some powder with added suger. No taste,nothing to feel. Strange that fats and up had this product.
