Perfect for small toddlers

Strap won’t stay tight!
My grandson weighs 25 pounds. Well in the range of this 20-50 pounds. The strap loosens by itself and it is filled with thin pieces of foam that move around and it is not stable! Will not stay tight and kept letting him flip back. NOT safe for kiddos!
