Brilliant product !

These arrived quickly, it is early days yet but so far I haven’t encountered any stomach issues which I sometimes get with magnesium products, I have noticed my energy levels have been slightly better but I am taking in combination with other supplements. I was impressed to hear from the seller checking to see if my delivery had arrived. I would much prefer to take one supplement for cost reasons but would imagine that would affect the size of the capsule. I didn’t find the capsule too big however they do stick going down sometimes so make sure you drink plenty of water with them. I hoping eventually I will have better sleep which is currently being disrupted with night sweats and joint pain and is the reason I am trying these.

I started taking these because my Mg levels are low. I ordered these as they contain a combination of different types of Mg. Product arrived super quick. I have to start slowly to build up to the recommended dosage. If you take the recommended amount the bottle won't last very long & price could be better really. I don't have an issue with swallowing different sizes of supplements, these capsules should be easy to swallow for most I think. Early days to report on affectivness. Manufacturer could improve the cost. I'll usually search for offers before reorder.

I found that as soon as I started taking these my sleep improved significantly and my wellbeing and strength generally improved, including going on 5K runs in the park. I started taking them to improve my sleep. I feel that for the same hours of sleep I am more recovered and rested then previously. I eat a very healthy diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and fish as well as organic chicken and grass fed beef.Many will point to "correlation does not equal causation" but I will be buying again.

I think a lot of supplements brands sell products which aren't 'bioavailable' i.e. they have some of the stated quantities of ingredients required, but they don't actually do anything. From my research, this seems like a good company that actually sells the type of magnesium you can absorb. Overall big plus although I wish they did an option with more capsules in it.

I used to purchase Magnesium in glycinate form from this brand and it worked great. I still see some positive effects from this one, like sleeping better on nights that I use it regularly, but it caused me mild stomach distress.

After using this product I have noticed within a week, that I am sleeping better and my digestive system works better. Highly recommended

Have been taking these supplements for a week now , but it’s early days still to see if there’s any benefit in health, capsules are fairly large so some people might struggle with them.
