Promotes mental clarity focus and memory* Provides cerebral and nervous system support* Studies have identified a NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) in Lion's Mane Optimizes nervous and immune system health* Manufactured in the USA in Nature’s Answer’s own GMP certified facility. Lions Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an impressive looking mushroom! It grows on wood stumps and logs in North America, Asia and Europe, and is usually found in late summer and fall. It is also called Hedgehog mushroom with good reason. As it grows it develops elongated spikes that look like a hedgehog or Lions Mane. It can grow quite large and may weigh up to one pound. It is eaten as a delicacy and has a mild flavor. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has used this species for centuries for its positive benefits, and to maintain “Qi”, a person’s vital energy. Modern science is investigating this mushroom's ability to support cognitive function* and a healthy nervous system*, as well as a healthy immune response*. Natures Answer's Lions Mane is pure OGANIC Lions Mane powder offered in a Vegetarian/Vegan Capsule with no magnesium stearate, and is further enhanced with Quik-Sorb, Nature’s Answers unique patented blend of ginger, amla fruit and capsicum to support absorption.

Fruiting body Lion's Mane extract with extras for absorbtion, legit and concious company
I try to take Lion's Mane as much as I can and I was curious about this company so decided to try these pills out. I'm not someone who is a strong responder to Lion's Mane like people in my family so it's hard to stay about the immediate benefits of this or strength.Unlike a lot of supplement brands on Amazon this one has an actual website behind it with some impressive claims like that they prioritize being a green and sustainable company and focus on clean ingredients. I could tell that right away because these pill have clear labeling about it being organic, GMO free, lab tested, and in a FDA approved facility. They added something called QuikSorb to this capsule which kind of looks like the black pepper extract to increase absorpbtion. I've had one lion's mane supplement that had the black pepper extract too and I was somewhat unclear as to why it was in there as the actives in Lion's Mane wouldn't be affected by that. However in this case QuikSorb has ginger and alma in it too which probably help with overall absorption but I couldn't find more information about it. At first I thought that it was a next-gen filler like Nu-Sorb but that's not the case. They do claim to use fruiting body with a hot water extraction and this is in a vegan cap, all good. This is also an extract although we're not told the strength.I'm taking one star off because they made a big deal about not using fillers but they did include calcium silicate. Probably not as bad as magnesium sterate and it's only one filler vs a whole list like you see in low quality supplements but I feel like the Quik-Sorb could be replaced by NuFlo and solve that problem.Anyway this seems like a decent supplements company who is checking the boxes and I'm looking forward to seeing more from them.

Mental clarity!
I started taking Lions Mane from another company 3 months ago. I was committed to taking it as a precaution against Alzheimer’s which runs in my family. I didn’t really expect any changes taking it, I just wanted to do what I can to ward off the dread disease. At 62 I have noticed some slight changes in focus and memory. Upon consult with my MD we decided it is a normal amount of age related cognitive decline, not an indication of disease.Anyway after I’d been taking it for two month I started noticing improved mental clarity and focus. I’d be at work and just feel really sharp. (I work with a woman who is 20 years younger so I I have to keep on my toes.). When I noticed this consistently I realized it must be due to the Lions Mane.I can’t attribute this improvement to the Genceutic formula because I started noticing it two or three weeks prior to switching formulas. But the clarity has continued steadily despite taking the new formulation. My one caveat is that Genceutic costs 68 cents per serving (3 capsules per day) and my previous formulation was 50 cents per serving. So I will return to the former one when this runs out. If I begin to think I get better results with this one making it worth the additional cost I will report back.

trying it out to delay the inevitable
I am trying this for a memory boost. Once you hit 50, it is all downhill from there. All of my family members have Alzheimers and mom was VERY early with it.....I'm just next in line waiting... I don't know if it will help, but I am giving it at least a month to see if I notice any benefits from it. I am hopeful. Don't let me lie, I noticed it in my 30's. 40's was blamed on stress and then the 50's arrived before I knew it...... I will try to remember to update this either way. Don't fault me if I forget though

Didn’t notice a difference
I couldn’t tell a difference. I got these to help with the mental fog left from having COVID, but after taking them for a couple weeks, couldn’t tell a noticeable difference. The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow. I didn’t have any noticeable side effects. It didn’t cause any stomach discomfort, but I just didn’t see any noticeable difference.

I've been using it consistently for the past 3 weeks
If you are looking for something that enables you to get to a focused state, I would see that this is worth trying. Mind you...I try to limit it to 3x per week so that it maintains its potency. But, of course, you don't need to do that. You might find that it works just fine using it every day.
