My bike arrived yesterday and it was well packed in the box. A little assembly is required, took about an hour. My first ride was surprisingly smooth and surprised at the power of the bike. The power assist mode kicks in when you start pedaling and the bike goes very quickly. I will be gearing it down until I get use to the bike. I had researched a lot of EBikes and so far I'm very impressed with this bike. Very happy with this purchase.

I like the speed. Easy assembling.Great looking bike and strong motor.I'm a 200 lb. Guy and it gets up to speed without any hesitation.The only bad wasThe guard on the rear derailer was bent badly. It had to be removed and straitenedIn a vice and hammer. Reassemble and adjusted the derailer and seems to work just fine.

So far so good, I have the regular version, not the pro, but it's enough battery for me especially with pedal assist. I'm 215 pounds and it can pull me up a steep hill with just a little effort with pedal assist. I use the pedal assist just to keep my legs moving, but I never feel I have to over-exert myself, the battery makes riding very easy and fun. My legs feel like they did something, but not totally fried as they would without the battery. My area has lots of hills and riding a regular bike around is not so fun, the legs go fast, having the battery makes it an enjoyable ride.

Bike packaged very well. Assembled easily. Works great.Tail light did not work, sent message on a Sunday, they responded in less than 1 hours. Replacement shipped on Monday... Superior customer service and an excellent product!!

This bicycle is truly a lot of fun. I am 72 years old and have ridden about 50 miles in 10 days. The pedal assist is great. It gives you a boost when you start and at level 2 I’m going about 15-16 mph. Use throttle if don’t want to pedal at all. Heck of lot of fun. Big bicycle though. Also I can keep up with my 2 grandsons and it’s fun to ride with them. They are ages 7 and 12 so my electric bikes really helps me keep up.

We were so excited to purchase this bike only to be let down by false and misleading claims to it's range. In the product description it claims to go 60 plus miles on pedal assist and 35 on full throttle. We rode the bike on level 2 pedal assist and got 17 miles using 75% of the battery at full charge. My husband is a 200lb man and under description the bike has a weight capacity of 350lbs. We called the company right away and was not able to get through to them. It took us 3 calls, the last one late in the evening to finally get a person on the line only to be told to put our concerns in writing. We contacted the company in writing and informed them of the issue. The response we got was max range on the bike is 50 miles contrary to the written description of 60 plus miles, conditions such as terrain, weight etc. will affect performance or range of the bike. We live at the beach where it's all paved and no major inclines. They then tell us that 20 miles or so is typical since level 2 is considered full power, description states 35 miles on full power and the bike has 7 levels ranging from 0 to 7, 7 being full power. When I called them out on their false claims they stated that my husband's weight of 200lbs also contributes to the range loss yet they claim and state that the payload is 350lbs max. At no time did they offer to send a new battery or any kind of resolution. In my opinion as a rational and smart individual, the description under Amazon is completely false and misleading! Be prepared to file complaints and claims with Amazon if you have issues.

the bike is the best there is. it's too tall cant ride it cant return threw the shipping box away. I have ordered A lower one. my mistake. owner.

The bike was advertised for an adult 5'5" tall to 6'5" tall. I am 5'8" tall and there was no space between my crotch on the top bar, when I stood on the ground. This lack of height caused me (Mike) to fall.
