The Tiger I was one of the most heavily armed and armored tanks of WWII, and a formidable opponent of Allied tanks. The Tiger was essentially still at the prototype stage when first hurried into service, and therefore changes, both small and large, were made throughout the production run. Production of the Tiger I began in August 1942, and 1,355 were built by August 1944 when production ceased. The Tiger was first used in action in September 1942 near Leningrad.

Fantastic model, bad packaging.
This is the second of three Easy Model tanks I've ordered, and it's just as good as the others. Amazing detail, good size for my display case, light but sturdy, and flawless paint application.Unfortunately, the package was crushed pretty badly somewhere along the way (just this one, oddly enough, not the third model which came at the same time), and there is some small damage as a result. Honestly, I'm surprised it's not more damaged. As soon as I removed the tank from the box, the turret-mounted MG34 barrel snapped off. Nothing I can't repair with a bit of glue, I hope. There's also a piece on the rear right side which is bent slightly, and the 88mm cannon barrel is lower than it should be. Not bent, exactly, more like the barrel is inserted at a slightly lower angle in the mantlet than it should be. The mantlet itself (which is moveable, unlike my other two models) is very loose, and doesn't stay set at a higher angle, it just rests at the midpoint and sometimes slips further down. For my purposes as a display model, it's amazing. Not perfect, but good enough in every way. The package problem was just unfortunate.

This is NOT A TOY!
So when I got this model it was smaller then I thought it is like big as a computer mouse pretty small but Hey! The detail I bought this with the M-26. The turret turns and the barrel goes up and down but the tracks are made of rubber and the tracks won’t turn and yah it is good for a model have like A LOT of model planes tanks but this is the most detail tank model but smallest model I ever had! But again it is not A TOY!

No disappointment’s here 1st class
I liked everything about the products that I purchased. They are realistically painted. The detail is incredibly beautiful. I could very easily go on and on these are beautifully articulate I ordered 7 of them . I cannot show them because I know my grandson wouldn’t give them back to me to photograph. But I guarantee the customer will not be disappointed. These are articulate and well made .

My own stupidity
"Easy Model" is not a model. My own fault. I really need to stop ordering from Amazon or learn how to read.
