The swing arrived early and the box was in good condition. It was well packaged and all parts were inclosed, swing, chain and chair attachment points for the chain. The assembly was easy and only took 20 minutes to complete. After installation points were attached to my patio I was swinging in 1 hour. The seat and back are contured and comfortable. So now are my grips of the swing. IT IS NOT TRUE TO SIZE. They say it is 64" wide assembled but actual width is 60 5/8" and the sitting area is only 56 5/8" for what is called a 60" swing. I would normally take away a star for such poor measurements but I do like the swing. Now time will tell to see how it lasts.

The swing was very easy to put together. I haven’t hung it on the patio yet but I like it so far. Very good quality. The weathered acorn color is beautiful!

The 1st delivery looked ok from the exterior of the box. When opened the swing pieces were shipped pretty loose and the one side of the bottom was cracked and the arm rests were marred pretty badly. We contacted both Amazon and the manufacturer. Amazon shipped a replacement and the manufacturer was ready to do the same. The 2nd delivery was received and the box was in good shape. The swing pieces were packaged much better in the 2nd delivery. No cracks or finish imperfections. Hung up very easy with some extra pieces from the local hardware store. We started using right away. Very comfortable and it feels sturdy. Had to pack up the old one to send back but not a big deal.

This swing is a perfect addition to our back yard. It went together very easily with no modifications. It is sturdy and attractive. I'm sure we will love it for years to come.

Well made, easy to put together. Heavy, good materials. Hose and wipe off with a mr clean sponge. Comfortable for 2.

My children got this for my wife's birthday. She loves it. Very well built and sturdy. Loves the color.

We live near the Gulf and have an awful time with anything that is made of wood. We have gone through several swings in the last twenty years, even after dis-assembling them to clean, paint and repair them multiple times. Not gonna happen with this baby. Sure, it costs a lot more than a wood swing, but we will only have minor cleaning to do on it, with NO painting! I read a review about green algae/mold growing between the boards. That stuff grows on EVERYTHING down here! Simple solution: keep a spray bottle with a water/chlorine mixture and hit it when you see it. Problem solved! Far, far, far less work than a normal wood based product.If you have had any experience like mine, you will KNOW that time saved is worth a fortune. If you haven't had any experience like mine, go ahead and buy a wood based swing. You will remember this review that you read, but ignored. Happy choosing!

Giving it 5 stars for the quality of the swing itself.The assembly instructions were pretty weak, so do yourself a favor and only install the fasteners loosely as you go so you can manipulate things a little when it comes time to attach the arms.Also, there's a good chance that the supplied chains won't be long enough, so you may want to have a few extra feet on hand.
