We had a few issues, but the awesome customer service and tech support at Victrola helped us out. They are VERY responsive! This is a nice player!!! You wouldn't expect anything less from a wonderful company like Victoria!

The media could not be loaded.  Bought the turntable couple months ago, after a few uses it started to slow down. Now the songs play slower and deeper and is very easy to tell it’s not right. Quite disappointed, save your money.

The media could not be loaded.  This turn table arrives thoughtfully and lovingly packaged. Each item was individually wrapped.Setup is relatively simple and ample instructions are included by way of pictogram AND instruction booklet.Dust cover is included and not intended for use while in operation.The sound FAR EXCEEDS my expectations. I can see the need for a subwoofer and will obtain one from Victrola in order to fully enjoy the sounds of my youth.This turntable is full of pizzazz and I am so happy to have it in my not so quiet library!I have not explored the bluetooth capability. But I will come back and edit this review if I find it does not work well.Also comes with a heavy duty remote.Overall I am in love with this turtable! Would make an excellent gift!Made in China.I hope you find this review helpful.

The Victrola premiere V one stereo turntable with internal stereo speakers is a like able piece of equipment. The turntable comes with everything you need to play your vinyl records. It comes with a high-quality tonearm and cartridge that sounds wonderful. The turntable is relatively lightweight. Again it is quite easy to assemble. It has everything you need to get started playing your vinyl records immediately. It does have a subwoofer line for either wired or wireless subwoofer connection. It has RCA output jacks, a headphone jack and auxiliary jack in addition to an optical in jack. It comes with a remote control for power and volume control.This is a high quality device and the sound is quite wonderful. This device can be used using Bluetooth in addition. I find it to be a very high-quality device and expect to get years of use from it.

I ordered this as a record player as one for my office. I was unimpressed by the amount of outputs vs inputs. The speaker is really not great, why you'd want to connect everything to it is beyond me. Any time you change a setting the record player screams that change at you like an angry mother belittling her child for touching the remote. You have to turn the volume down to a level you cannot enjoy the music to get over the extra loud command changes.
