Endo , 90 Pure 330 mg Suma Root Capsules

This supplement was recommended by my chiropractor's office. I began having hot flashes day and night with night sweats as well in January so I assumed I started menopause since I skipped my first period in December. After three weeks of having the night sweats and hot flashes that progressively got worse, I ordered this product. After 1 week of taking 3 capsules a day as directed, I had an improvement of about 75% better--only mild hot flash and barely sweating at night. After almost 2 weeks, I barely notice any increase in body temperature during the day and NO night sweats! :) I normally get cold easily, but the getting hot and then cold is miserable! The other review mentioned taking 6 capsules a day. I didn't since I'm a small person, but everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another. Taking 6 a day may be more effective in less amount of time. I'm also thrilled that this product helps with gut inflammation and adrenal issues.

I have been struggling going threw premenopausal until I got about 3 months in my system and what a difference it’s made. My mood , my weight , and feeling human again.

Not sure why the change of strength and yet not a change in dosage. (Which is why I gave it three stars.)

This was the first herbal medicine that actually worked for me. I have a problem with the way my brain interprets pain, but once I started taking this as recommended by my chiropractor, I noticed improvement almost immediately. And, when paired with Manjesta Supreme and an Immune Booster, I did much better.
