I have not as yet used it for purpose. However, on inspection, I'm very happy and impressed with its overall appearance and operation. Unlike the older type with spri g release of the phone where you gad to be ready to catch your phone, this is a very slow, dampened, smooth open close to hold or release the phone. Also, this has three options for you. 1 stick it on the dash top. This is very nice to have as in the images, it can be hung over to be close at hand or central to the dashboard. 2 suction on the windscreen. This is my favourite type, and the phones put in eye view for you, the user- driver, and is not an obtrusive item at all . 3 I like this for how it's made and works a treat, however it is not for me because of the fitting place. It has a vent clip unlike the cheap quick slot into a vent vein and hope it holds the phone in place oh no this has a rubber shielded clamp that is fixed by a adjustable screw clamp so it will not fall off the downside for me it's a vent a heater vent so I'll never use it for this device but this is tge only quarm I have with this package.Overall very good value for money so I pressed I am buying another for the wife's car and possibly a third for our van.Don't just take my word for this buy one I'm sure you will not ve dissapointed.

Excellent customer service and product quality.

After struggling with the phone holders that attach to the windscreen I decided to try out this one instead. It's super easy to install and the adhesion has worked perfectly so far. It's a little bulky and not particularly aesthetically pleasing, but it does the job well. would recommend.

Very pleased with this phone holder. It’s handy that it has both the suction arm and the vent clip to enable you to choose which fits your car the best. Due to my air vents being just above the cars screen, the vent clip wasn’t suitable but the suction arm is great, sticks well and holds firm. It isn’t too bulky or obtrusive either. I have a large phone (S22 Ultra) and it fits in the holder really well and stays secure. Definitely worth the money.

I like that it has the option for both dashboard/windscreen and also for attaching to the air vents.However it doesn't seem to want to stick to the dashboard at all.

Nice product

This works exactly as it claims. The car is small, so we need to maximise all available space. This sits neatly on the dashboard and folds over so it isn't obstructing the windscreen as per DVLA requirements.The suction is strong. It holds my S23 Ultra perfect. It's stable and doesn't bounce around. In landscape mode it looks like it might tumble. I haven't tried it in landscape yet, but I will and update this review.Once in position the swivel head is such that it can be viewed by the driver or the passenger. It can also be adjusted so there isn't any glare on screen whilst in use.So far, so good. I've had several purchases that didn't last a few minutes. This has been in use for a few days and it works as it should.We shall see how it stands up when the sun is hot.I am pleased with my purchase and the price paid.

This is great as long as your car vents are horizontal and wide. I bought this as it stated it could be attached to vertical vents but it's really unsteady and after a while just falls off. It is good piece of equipment in respect to holding and easy release of the phone. It's easily removed and mounted .... just remember to tighten it often.
