Sent me a used toilet topper
This was clearly a used, repackaged item that was sent to me. The box had a flap missing, the handle of the box had been torn off, the items inside had been hastily “cleaned” and repackaged, the toilet topper still had some fecal matter stuck to the underside of the seat, the plastic smelled of an old toilet, there were hairs stuck to the underside of the toilet seat. Absolutely Disgusting.

Perfect stable easy for toddlers.
Bought for a 3 year old and 2 year old, both can use it no problems. Folds neatly to lean against the wall to keep out of the way when not in use.

Safety concerns...
My husband and I purchased this Step-up Toilet Topper and we were so excited to set it up for our daughter who is a toddler!Unfortunately, it was very wobbly and unsafe to be used. It didn't sit flush (no pun intended) on our toilet despite the adjustments that could be made.On a positive note, the colors looked sharp with our bathroom decor and it was really easy to assemble.Safety wise, it's just not sturdy enough for use, especially daily!
