*Updated* The seller reached out to me and offered a free replacement, which is why I raised the rating to a 3, as the customer service was quick with good communication. However, the second unit I received only had 5 of 7 ports working, with two of the ports again having broken switches.While I appreciate the replacement and good communication, this product clearly still has significant quality control problems.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*Original Review*As I suspected, the low price for this lead to a unit that only had 3 of 7 working ports, broken switches, and if tried running more than one thing it would crash the other(s). Spend the money on a proven product/company, like Sabrent, and stay away from these cheap low-quality items.If the seller would like to send me another one, I'd be open to trying it out and updating my review. However, I'm not going to waste my time returning this inexpensive item and will simply be tossing it into the trash.

Very useful addition allows me to charge / use couple of devices without having to squeeze with the USB inputs on my laptop, i like the power button for each USB to turn on or off The individual USB

Not very good quality. You get what you pay for. Two of the seven switches are not working already. I wouldn't suggest buying this.

the inserts for the usbs move and can be broken easily and also turns my keyboard off and on.

Don’t bother with this product. It doesn’t work.

Worked for a short time then quit working. Waste of money
