After doing some research, I found flaxseeds to be a great plant based source of omega oils my diet was in need of. I like that it's a single pill, the bottle goes a long way, and they work as they should from what I can tell, and no difference in my routine or how I feel after switching from another type of omega supplement.

This is a flavorless less gel that will give you the necessary Omega 3s you need from a vegan source without inconveniencing you as to the flavor and size of the gel. Just get in the routing of taking it once a day and you will not even realize that your taking it or that it's a chore. Great product!

I started flaxseed years ago to help with dry eyes...yes, it works and was suggested by an opthmoliogist. However, I am now a cancer patient and have made some big changes in eating and supplements. After researching, I decided this was a good choice. There is the tendency to burp a bit after taking it but that is quite normal after Omega oils. Am now set up on autoorder!

Overall I am pleased with the Flax seed Oil capsules, however, I wasn't sure how to rate "flavor" since I swallow without letting them linger in my mouth to taste. I usually take GNC brand but gave you a try. Their capsules are a bit larger but they also contain 1300 mg. It would also be more informative if your label listed all components and the quantity of each per capsule as most labels do. Where the GNC brand recommendation is only 1 capsule per day you tend to leave it up to the individual to take 1 or 2 capsules per day which explains the rating on value.

What I like about this product is that it has omega 3, 6, and 9.

I have been taking these for about 5 days and I havent had any hot flashes since, and I've actually lost about 4 pounds! They give me sort of a mental clarity that I cant describe, but it makes me feel great.

I've taken a few different blends and oils from the normal supplement stores and I recall never feeling or seeing any difference. It gave me an exuberant amount of energy! It was like a shot of coffee that wouldn't wear off until hours and hours later. It increases my brain power like no other. It made it completely possible to function on low low amounts of sleep. It makes me think fast and clear and articulate. I used it a few times when I needed extra energy. This product is highly recommended!

I had been having trouble with one of my eyes watering.I kept trying different OTC allergy meds to help resolve it,and even a prescription allergy eye drop,but both did not do any good.I had my annual eye exam and asked my opthamologist about this hope in she could prescribe something to help she recommended Flaxseed oil or other omega 3'.I got this total activation flaxseed oil and begin using it right way.it was less than a weak and my eye watering problem was resolved I definitely recommended this product for people with same eye issue.

This product has helped lower my cholesterol. I'm sure it is benefiting other areas of my health as well, even though I am not specifically aware of visible improvements in my skin, hair or nails just yet. I am very pleased to have found an organic plant-based flaxseed oil supplement and that it is also reasonably priced! Overall, I am impressed with this product so will definitely continue using!

Every body notice that it contains gelatin actually it is made by boiling bones of fishes and pigs and some other non veg things
