When pull off the door, the sections may come apart, but very sturdy when on the door. Make sure it’s locked on the door under the knob. Works great.

Flimsy and Floppy
I bought two and they're both janky. I don't feel any more secure for having these. The one is wobbly and I couldn't even get the other one together.

Sturdy but awkward.
Was a little hard figuring out how to use it on my sliding glass doors. The doors are 5' wide (so a approx. 30" opening) so you need to twist the foot to get it to fit. After figuring that out, they have worked well.
