Started taking this supplement and can no longer sleep as well without it. It keeps me regular and I so good for 🌙 bedtime.

Not effective
I have used Haritaki before in powder form and this product certainly has no effect compared to the fully organic one I used .. clearly the dosage per mg is misrepresented or it may not be fully organic .. took double the recommended dosage and still no change.

Not what I expected…
Because I read and search many places for information on haritaki. I was hopeful but only got gas and discomfort. Maybe I’ll try the pure, unmixed products on the market. Wish I could get a refund on this product. It’s not worth the money.
