They item is nice but how can i get the screen protector?

Wrong product specifications
The specifications mentioned on the label and 'About Phone' in settings are not matching with the actual. The android versions mentioned in About phone is 10 but actually it is Android 5.1. Mentioned 4gb ram but actual is only 1 GB. It seems that the information in 'About Phone' is not matching with the actual. Very slow battery charging and camera clarity is very poor. Overall performance is very disappointed. Tablet hangs if more than one app working same time. Not recommended for kids. Altimate waste on money.
