Q: What does a snow drop smell like? I thought they were flakes.

That is a very good question! As someone who grew up in a snow filled winter, I can honestly say: “I don’t know.” But if you like a fresh, clean scent you will love this. I am obsessed.

Q: Amazon sent me Meyer snow drop dish soap instead of multisurface cleaner snowdrop that i did order. How do I fix this?

I am literally fighting with Amazon on getting refund for the snowdrop multi purpose sprays. I ordered them jan2, they haven’t even shipped and they charged me for them. The order keeps changing from shipping delayed to prepping order, back and forth. At this point I went to my bank and they are giving me the money back and then going after Amazon for it.
