I can’t rave enough about this monitor. The ergo arm is amazing and so useful. The hotkey puck is a must for me now, and I think I would miss it if I ever went to another type of monitor. The 32” display is fantastic and rivals my older 5k iMac screen. It’s not quite as sharp as my 5k iMac monitor was, but don’t let that dissuade you from buying this! The colors are fantastic and it looks like a monitor that has twice its price tag. I bought it refurbished, basically like new, and I saved about $200. That said, this monitor is absolutely worth the current retail price of about $700. I’m a designer so color accuracy and screen size were both important to me. Already an awesome display, the ergo arm puts it over the top - such a professional option! I am pairing this with my 2024 M4 Pro Mac Mini, and it’s a perfect combo. Seriously, buy this! BenQ is professional quality all the way.

What can I say, this monitor is a beauty. I tried a 4K screen because many people rave about it and because 4K is better if you have the monitor fairly close to you, but after one entire year, I simply could NOT get used to the 4K screen because the font is just too darn small and fine. Even after increasing the font manually in windows, something was just not right. I got rid of my 4K screen and did a lot of research and decided to buy this 2K screen. It is much much better than a 4K for my professional photography requirements. Fantastic rich colors and everything is so crisp that you can’t tell that is not a 4K screen.

First, this product arrived on time in its original sealed box and with minor blemishes to the box (meaning it arrived safe and didn't seem to be mishandled).BenQ has been making various monitors to meet all sorts of needs. In my case, I had the choice of 2 27" monitors or one 32" monitor. Due to space constraints and such, the 32" was a better for me. I will say I am extremely happy with this 32" monitor choice.There are various Youtube videos about this monitor that can go into depth about its features so I'll skip some of the tech facets other than to say at this price they are top notch.The image comes pre calibrated from the factory and that is a plus as it was ready for the type of art work I do and had settings for other types of use such as movies, graphics, cadd etc. I only use two and both are spot on for my needs.This monitor comes with an "arm mount" rather than the traditional stand. For my purposes, either would have done but the arm mount was an elegant solution for moving the monitor far more than a typical stand. Caveat when mounting the arm - make sure you have a surface that the "clamp" mount of the arm can fully attach to and then there is placement. The two most often used positions is to mount the arm where a stand might go (say middle between left and right side of the desk) and then the arm off to one side where it is nearly fully extended to have the monitor sit in the ideal location. Take your time to get the arm where you want and realize that if placed where a stand might go, the monitor will be a bit more forward based on the arm design. I admit it took me two tries to get the arm where I wanted it but once there, the arm worked like a charm.BenQ not only delivered a great monitor with a solid well designed arm, but also came with an attached button/dial puck that attached to the monitor and can take on various tasks such as switching between video ports (if you have more than one device/computer attached) as well monitor speaker volume and which colour profile you prefer and so on. - Extremely handy. To add to this, various well made cables come with the monitor and a snap on cover for the cable input ports.This monitor serves to systems - a computer and a streaming box. The computer gets USB C and the streaming box (NVidea Shield Pro) gets HDMI. So far, no issues and streamed video/movies etc. look good and serve as a nice break from computer work. 32" is great for movie watching.Mac users - many months ago the M chip series Macs had issues with various monitors. This for the most part has been a problem resolved. This monitor works very well with Macs (as it does with PCs and some media streamers).There are plenty of 32 inch monitors out there and if you are a gamer, this is *not* for you. Chances are you will know this as you will know the spec you need for fast game play. If you want a monitor for general use, some media playback (movies etc.) and graphic/photo work then this is a very very good option.I would both buy this again and recommend it for most non-gamer users.

I'm not an artist or other color-sensitive professional. However, I do work with a lot of text in dark mode and I wanted a comfortable monitor for both extensive office-type work as well as video watching and Web browsing. This monitor does not disappoint. The color tone is spot-on, and the brightness is completely uniform. It's a joy to use. HDMI support with my Mac is seamless. I don't have any of the issues I used to have with my old PC monitor hooked up via USB C-to-DisplayPort. The monitor goes to sleep and wakes up rapidly with the power-saving cycle. Text is sharp with good contrast. Pictures look amazing. The cable organizer system is unique and quite useful. This monitor is a good value for money.There are many good things about this monitor, but there are two that I hate. First, the speakers. Marketing copy bills them as "professional quality audio." This couldn't be further from the truth. The sound is so tinny with a near-complete lack of bass that I hooked up a 15-year-old monitor soundbar to it because it did a better job. I can't say I could expect more for the money, but still. I can't even enjoy a little background music without more equipment cluttering my desk.Second, the monitor is billed as being able to be rotated into portrait mode. But after installing it on the (regular, not Ergo Arm) stand, I didn't see any wiggle room to do that. Nor could the reviewers I looked at figure that particular feature out. Yes, I can understand the manufacturer saying, just buy an Ergo Arm stand. But that stand works with a clamp that wouldn't work for every desk setup or thickness. So I'm stuck using it in landscape mode. That's fine because that's how I will use it most of the time anyway. But it would be so nice to have the freedom to switch it up.Overall, this is a fantastic monitor. I hope the backlight/electronics last for a long time as I would love to use this for years. I had my last monitor, a CCFL-backlit monitor of similar size, for over a decade and I'll be disappointed if I don't get a similar lifetime out of this.
