SecheBase Nail Coat, Clear, 0.5 Fluid Ounce

I'm the type who chips or otherwise screws up my manicure before I even get my nail polish stuff put back away. For my first manicure with this product, I applied a thin coat on all my nails, then let it dry a few minutes. Then I applied two thin coats of my generic base color, a polish I've historically had a lot of chipping problems with. I then applied two coats of Sinful Colors sparkle polish and a final coat of Rush fast dry top coat (which has not always been great at protecting my polish from chips).Three days later, my nails look like I just did them! I'm really impressed. Definitely gained a new fan!

This makes what used to take me an hour take maybe 5 minutes now. I don't have to wait between coats and the final product dries in minutes. Just do wet coats on wet coats until you have your desired result, slap this on top of the still wet polish and it'll be perfect and dry super fast. Even if you bump it while it's still tacky, you can smooth it out pretty easily. Also if you wrap your edges it'll last forever but is still easy to take of with nail polish remover.

I really wanted to like this product. I have been feeling using the seche fast drying top coat for a couple of years now and LOVE it. I thought the base coat would help my nail color last longer but it just takes longer for me to paint my nails now and my nails will barley last 24 hours. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I would probably skip this product.

This stuff is amazing. I have been doing my nails (on my own) for a good 15 years now. I've tried countless nail polishes, top coats, and base coats. I have never, ever, ever had a manicure last this long! I was so pleasantly surprised. I applied one coat of Seche Clear base coat, two coats of Wet N Wild nail polish, and a coat of Seche Vite top coat. One week later, my nails still look amazing. The only reason I have to re-do them is because my nails grow extremely quickly and now there's an unpolished gap, otherwise I'd be ok.

Seche is the very best Base Coat I've bought. It truly prevents my nail polish from discoloring and staining the natural color of my nails. It is the best you can buy in my opinion. I have tried many, many base coats. Nothing I've tried in the past even comes close to Seche Bottom Coat. I have always used 2 layers of Bottom Coat. I really don't think it's necessary with Seche.

It doesn't provide a proper base and my nails are ruined within a day because of it. Combined with the top coat it isn't so bad and lasts a bit longer, but the two together aren't very good. I won't buy this base again; the top coat was the saving grace of the combination.edit: like one month later and the cap separated from the brush??? i've only used it about five timesI cannot in good graces recommend this. Ever.

I loved it! Paired with the Seche top coat my manicure Lasted so much longer! I’m always working with my hands and i was so excited to be chip free!

My mom is a nail tech by trade and she has always sworn by Seche Vite. I’ve not been going to the nail salon since the start of the pandemic, so I bought this and gave it a shot. It was easy to use and the end results exceeded my amateur expectations!

I think this product is fantastic. Varnish goes on easier and lasts much longer. I also use the Top Coat which gives a really professional finish. Most of my friends think I have had a manicure! I have a friend who is a manicurist and she introduced me to Seche Vite. I will never use anything else.

Great base coat. Does the job.

Very good quality base coat, I find it holds polish onto my nails much better than other base coats and I don't get as much peelings and chipping. I've used it as a top coat too and it seems to work pretty well in that regard too. It stays clear, isn't too thick and dries fast.
