Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, thick cushions, the colors are perfect to go with anything. The fire place is amazing. And comes with the rocks. The material looks expensive. The price was worth every bit of it. Amazing company and it came fast. It also did amazing in harsh weather.

This outdoor sectional is awesome - we did a lot of research, and for our space, this was the perfect fit with plenty of flexibility to reconfigure as we need.It was definitely a breeze to assemble, and everything was labeled. Even the hardware was divided into smaller groups (corner chair x2, armless chair x2, ottoman x2 and lastly table). I had read reviews before purchasing that had stated nothing was labeled and that made assembly difficult, but I didn’t let that deter me - I had lots of confidence I could manage, but was very happy when I unpacked all the boxes and saw the labels!Speaking of boxes, we were thrilled when all four boxes arrived on the same day! We were prepared to do some waiting as other reviews said one box was a few days behind the other three.NICESOUL was very easy to communicate with while waiting for packages to arrive re: tracking info and updates.The only things I had to purchase separately were the throw pillows, furniture clips (to keep each piece together in the configuration we chose) and the non-skip mats to put under the cushions to keep them from sliding. I just cut up a non-skid mat that you put under rugs to keep them from sliding on the floor.Speaking of cushions, they are nice and thick just as described! It was a good idea to add a couple throw pillows to the couch to supplement the back support, and we chose 18” pillows.

The sofa is not very comfortable.The back of the sofa is is too short- when you sit back it is hard and not enough cushion. The seats and cushions do not stay together.It took about 5 hours to put this set together it wasn’t hard just a pain.Didn’t come with enough nuts and bolts had to go to hardware store.Lastly- it rained and the cushions were saturated!It took 3 days in the sun for them to dry. The description says they are waterproof- nope.🙁

We are pleased with this piece. The customer service has been great! The pieces came in several different boxes on different days. One of the boxes was pretty beat up. You could tell someone had opened it and had attempted to put it together. It looked like they decided to return it and somehow it was shipped directly to us. Pieces were missing and scratched up. Emailed the seller and after sending pictures, they were happy to replace the missing/scratched pieces right away. Once we got it all together, it looks great! The fire table also is very nice. I did put some extra stuffing in the pillows as they are very thin. The actual seat cushions are very firm. Kinda hurts your butt after sitting on for a while. I also got some Velcro pads to secure the cushions to the seat. All of these things seem very appropriate with the price. I didn’t pay $5,000 so I’m not getting a $5000 piece. It is nice to look at. Has been great for hosting. Seems very sturdy. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

Wow…absolutely beautiful and the fire pit is what truly sets apart NICESOUL sofa set. Although there are hundreds of sofa sets on Amazon and other sites here is why this one maybe the best1. Fire pit- looks very elegant. Large in size and the protective glass is what you would see at high end restaurants.2. The dark gray color gives the sofa an expensive look.3. The cushions are very full and quite comfortable.4. The customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful.No question about it, NICESOUL’s sofa set is a 5 STAR product!

The back cushions are like there is nothing there The cushions will not stay on the furniture. There are no clips to hold the couch togather so the furniture slides all over our deck. Putting this togather was a pain.

We were very nervous buying something like this sight unseen, but this doesn't disappoint. 1) The sectional is as described. 2) It is very sturdy, & good quality. 3) We ordered this during the pandemic, and was worried that we wouldn't get everything due to national shortages everywhere. The shipping didn't come all at once, however the SELLER was awesome. They ALWAYS communicated with us, let us know if there were delays, took the time to reply to us with multiple tracking numbers. When we finally received everything, we saw that one of the back pillows had a split in its seam. We messaged them, and they rectified it immediately and shipped a replacement out to us ASAP. 4) We did have to purchase our own throw pillows, but I honestly like that better because we could tailor the design to exactly what we wanted. The cushions are the perfect color to match anything so you will be able to do what you want with it. 5) We are trying to avoid leaving the cushions out if it rains, but it happens from time to time, and I am surprised at how well the material wicks and is repels the water out. 6) The fireplace is gorgeous and amazing. We honestly feel like we are at a luxury spa. We are thrilled with this purchase, and would recommend it to anyone.

This set is beautiful. Very comfortable. Cushions are very thick. Just wish the assembly could be done with a screwdriver instead of that awkward Alan Key. Was a bit frustrating but I prevailed and I love it.
