Q: Does it come with a tag said ansi 87.1 certificate?

There is a tag on the inside of the left temple.

Q: Do the burgundy not go over eyeglasses even though there's a photo of someone with glasses wearing them?

I bought the burgundy, and they fit over my glasses!

Q: Will transition lenses darken in the sun when these are worn over them?

I don't see why they would not transition but I am not 100% because I don't wear glasses with transition lenses.
