When I received my product I was so excited about juicing staff. It worked well but the main problem is some fruits do not juice as well as others e.g. oranges vs. apples. For the record carrots are perfect for this machine. I have also discovered that you need to cut the fruit into small pieces and put them in one by one if you want a perfect outcome. Lets face it not everyone has the time to do that. Also some components get stuck in the macerator, however the Ninja comes apart easily and can be cleaned. I would advise you take it apart and clean it after every juicing session daily. Do not juice and juice and clean after a week or so, because that might ruin the product and you might end up drinking a little extra than you put in. Overall, I like the product and it is value for money. I would recommend it as your first juicer.

I have been using this for 20 days now twice a day so have put it through its paces. I found that juicing very soft fruits like mangos, strawberries, blueberries and tomatos doesn't work on anything other than the corsest filter just blocks the machine up, and even then they don't always behave. Very easy to clean in a bowl of soapy water. It is quite most of the time but can squeak a bit with large kale leaves. Much better than the centrifugal Juicers in my opinion as the one I had of those always made the juice warm I found, this is a slower process than that type of machine though as the shoot will not even take the diameter of a cucumber, so apples have to be quartered.

I had to say juices are nice, but sometimes these squeaky noice while I used juice press at some fruits or vegetable ( beetroot or apple) is a bit annoying. The leek also is stock at the pipe. So sometimes during the session I need to stop and remove overflow pulp at the pipe and drain the leftover juice. The ninja products are good but I would I expect a bit better performance from this cold juice maker.

This was a whole bag of carrots. Not even a glass full. I have a centrifugal juicer and I think that extracts more juice than this. The pulp is quite wet. Good points are that the juice is delicious, it all goes in the dishwasher, it’s quieter than my other juicer and actually a quick rinse under the tap cleans it in seconds. But I really think it’s going to cost me too much in fruit to get enough juice!

I bought my juicer by the name alone because I know ninja does good quality products so after purchasing it I decided to read some reviews on its performance from other buyers on YouTube and amazon to my horror most of the reviews was negative so I had to decide whether to keep it or not I decided to keep it and tried it today and I must say I am glad I kept it ihad no problem juicing apple carrots and ginger I found if you let the machine do the work and don't over stuff the machine and force the fruit down it does a wonderful job if you want perfection spend £300+ no juicer is perfect is this as bad as some reviews no so take the chance what have you got to lose you can always send it back I am just a buyer giving my review

Disappointed to say the least, unboxed straight away after my parcel was delivered and put it all together. Turned on, i hear the beep but then that is all that happens. The start button and reverse doesn't work as it clearly is broken.This was an expensive piece of equipment and now I have to go out of my way to return this.I'd also brought in a load of fruit and veg to juice with. So annoyed.Do not buy!
