Super bright LED Light
The light is just super bright LED, but if you need a pen light for clinicals/assessment try looking for one that isn't LED just to be considerate of your patients, especially the older population.

Great Light but a little bright
Bought this light and works great. Everyone I used this on complains of the immense brightness. Not sure that is a huge issue though. Pupil size chart is also very helpful. Would definitely buy again.

Works for what I needed

Would not use it for the pupils
The lights are bright for Ears, Nostrils and the throat or to look under the armpits or skin folds in poorly lit areas however I find the lights slightly brighter for the eyes. I believe this was mentioned in the description.
