Highly recommended for all Project Managers!
The “Project Scope Management: A Practical Guide…” is highly recommended for all practicing Project Managers. Jamal Moustafaev is well known and experienced Project Manager and he shared in his very practical and useful points in such challenging and sometimes underestimated area of PM knowledge as Project Requirements. The book is based on the author’s own rich experience of managing large scale multimillion projects which authors shares with his readers. The very practical exams from the real life – both successful and not – is a clear guide for a Project Manager, emphasizing the importance of paying the special attention to collecting, analyzing, formalizing ALL projects requirements and eventually concordance with the customer. The book describes Dos and Don’ts for a Project Manager and real consequences it may lead to.I have read the book thoroughly and found it very useful for my own Project Manager practice.

Great Book!
It is a truly practical book! You read it and understand things better and you perform them better!Found the discussion of the requirements for the multidisciplinary projects very useful. As a project manager who frequently works on enterprise projects, it was very useful to see the possible outline for the multi-departmental requirements documents. The author has a natural ability to explain complicated things in a very common and simple language! Highly-recommended and definitely worth every dollar spent for it - good investment for self development!

I am a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and product development and I can attest to the fact that this is a very useful reference for how to elicit and document requirements on such projects.

Great Book! Well done!
When I saw this book at friend's office, I got curious because of the author's name, seemed to be from my country. So I borrowed the book from my friend for evening reading. I can say it a great book! I really enjoyed reading it, especially the discussion of the requirements engineering on the enterprise (multidisciplinary) projects.
