The item is a no good at all it is concrete. There 10 pounds it 4 slabs compared to a £50 at argos are 2 plates covered in rubber.If your thinking of getting these don't get them.spend a little more for better

Quality not the best but does the job
Bought as a gift for my partner who is trying to train at home as well as gym. The combinations of different equipment was appealing and is used. The quality of this product I feel is a little inferior as feels cheap (and a little disappointing).It does the job but I wonder for how long!?

Muttern haben nicht lange gehalten.
Das Produkt ist fürs Training sehr angenehm haltbar. Die Griffe sind zwar aus Plastik, bieten aber trotzdem mit den Noppen auch für leicht feuchte Hände genug halt. Die Griffbreite ist ebenso auch für "etwas" größere Hände geeignet. Das eigene Experimentieren, der Einzelnen Bauteile passend zum Trainingsplan, gibt Motivation neues auszuprobieren und erhält den Spaß am Training. Für das Training mit dem Nackenpolster, ist dieses angenehm Dick, könnte aber etwas länger sein.

No se lo q durarra el kit ya que pesas ( por fuera es plastico duro y dentro estan rellenas de arena, creo ) y demas accesorios son de plastico, duro, pero es plastico. para empezar y no gastar mucho dinero q es mi caso creo q me servira ( si no se empieza a romper con el uso claro)
