Great quality! Heavy weighted pieces stay put. The locking storage case/board make this easy to take to Grandma's or any where you want to have a chess match.

Excellent Board, Dirty Pieces
The board is very sturdy and attractive with magnetic closure. The pieces have some flaws, but are price-appropriate and nicely weighted, however almost all of them have black greasy residue on them so they all had to be cleaned (can't be ignored). You don't expect something brand new to be covered in mysterious black grease, and you certainly couldn't gift that to someone. But for the price I am very satisfied.

Kinda misleading.
I didn't know the bottom of the chess pieces was an ugly green. It looks awful and ruins the whole aesthetic of an otherwise beautiful board. Not to mention how I bought this thinking I was getting the magentic one, because in this products reviews, there was a video of the magnetic one. Why would there be a video review of the magnetic one on this NON-MAGNETIC board?Update: the felt is not even/flat on all of the pieces, and some of the pieces have some blemishes on them which I personally find super annoying.
