Bought this for my front room.. really impressed with how well made it is and how heavy and durable it is too.. (with a child and a dog, this was important!!) so to show how impressed I am, I have bought a slightly smaller version to go next to my other sofa. My front room looks nice and cosy!!..

I love this rug. It looks expensive, it sits nice with a lovely pile. It was really inexpensive and I will definitely buy again from this company

Let's start with the good points. For the price, this rug is fair quality and size for the price tag. However, I did complain to the seller that the shade that arrived was a completely different from advertised. In fact multiple shades removed from the vibrant shade of teal advertised. To be fair the seller offered a free return but how you package up a massive rug that's unwrapped and carry it to the collection point is beyond me. They did also state that this has never happened before? I'm not sure how these instances even happen, but two completely different products are visible to those who are responsible for making sure the customer gets exactly what they ordered. So...?I believe it's good practice to leave a review so there's a trace of these incidences in the event they do actually reoccur. Customers deserve to receive the product that they have paid for, nothing less. On that point, slight shade differences can vary due to monitors, however a blind man on a galloping horse would have noticed the difference in this case.On this occasion, I've decided to keep the rug even though it was a whole different rug from the advertised colour or what I actually wanted.Lesson learned, I won't be coming back due to faith lost in this seller cause you can't depend on what colour arrives. I'm sure I read another review from another customer with the same experience.
