The run door is flimsy!
The coop portion is great the clean out box was missing a piece other than that beautiful. The run portion only few of the panels were labeled and alot of my boards on my Panels to the run we're split! I am not sure if it was done in shipping as the box was damaged. And if it was damaged during shipping they needed to put my maybe styrofoam at the sides and on the corners of the panels. The directions need to be more specific as it's just picture paper instructions arrows would be nice to show the way each piece layed out as they were specific! Another suggestion is I think since the run itself is not heavy tie downs or some kind of anchors with a handle would be perfect! The run door needs to have a latch on the top and bottom as it is flimsy and making the door easy for predators to get your flock! The customer service from this vendor was super amazing! Other suggestion is to buy tent stakes to secure run to the ground! You can see the ones we used in the photo and the orange head that holds the coop board down secure can move to loosen it making it easier to move the coop! Today my wheels fell off my coop during moving it! Although, this company has been great to work with this coop is not worth the money they want for it!

Great company!
I am posting this review because i felt compelled. Someone had left a negative review and i dont understand why. I had a few very minor issues with mine, and the company was more than willing to handle it and make it right. They are quick to respond to messages and very accomidating and easy to work with. I definately wouldnt hesitate ordering from this company again. The directions for putting this together are a little vague at some points and have a few steps backwards but pretty easy to figure out. It is a nice coop and am happy with it. Dont hesitate buying from this company because of the 1 bad review. I almost did and glad i didnt listen to that 1 and only review. I think they didnt actually know how to contact the company because amazon assistant tries to help first. If you need to contact them just select other for reasons your contacting them through amazon assistant and it will let you send them a message.

Terrible coop
6 nesting boxes is more than you need for the number of chickens this coop can accommodate. The roof was curved and wouldn’t lie flat and had to be screwed down with my own extra screws. The bottom pullout board doesn’t fit in the space it’s supposed to slide into and falls down, not safe and secure for my girls. One of the roosting bars snapped and they’re really not the ideal size for a chicken’s foot to wrap around it and be kept warm. A 2x4 is actually ideal for a roosting bar.The wood split when I was inserting the screws. The assembly instructions were ambiguous in a couple places and I had to take it apart and redo it.The flaps above the nesting boxes are supposed to have something like overlapping shingles, but there are big gaps so they allow in moisture. Moisture is bad for chickens in a coop. The latches aren’t really very secure and the one on the ladder door just falls open if you bump it. Not predator-proof.It would take a lot of alterations and upgrades to make this a viable option for my girls. I am going to be replacing it with an OverEZ coop. I’m very disappointed in this coop.

Door to the run was broken
I would love to give this five stars, it works great so far. Only problem I had was the run door came broken pretty bad. But after some wood glue and few nail’s later not a big deal. I would recommend

What a pain
Instructions are horrible and some steps you literally have to guess what to do, because the I’l pictures are so bad. All the parts were there. But warped lumber. Missing pilot holes. Very flimsy. But at the end of the day I got it all put together, and it works. It’s a cheap chicken coop. Does look very nice all put together. I’m pretty handy with tools, and this was a pain to put together.

Don’t think lt will hold 6 full size chickens oh and I had one of the chickens kill it self on the wire that stapled on the door and bottom screen on front suggest remove it

Poor quality doest last
Building instructions are not user friendly as they miss a lot of details. Ex even if all pieces are 6 the ones you use for specific steps need to be in a specific order and layout to work.At installation the metal floor bent down. By month 1 the run had warped and the door ramp no longer closed. By month 2 the nesting roofs disconnected leaving gaps. By month 2 the door ramp lock that moves up and down broke off. Were now in month 3 and I'm having to upgrade aka fix the coop. It's cute but not worth it...sadly.Were now in
