Well, I'm not sure what I was expecting - I guess I thought I'd get Julia Child inspired. There just don't seem to be a lot of recipes that look interesting to me. Probably should have purchased the Ebook first. Oh, well!

Just received this cookbook today. Its hardcover. Well made. Nice photos. It’s exceptional. I’m very happy with my purchase. The recipes are clearly written, as is the list of ingredients. Lots of photos. I like to see photos so I know how to present the food. This book brings you Bistro meals that you can easily make at home. Although some ingredients may not be easily available to everyone (e.g. duck fat), most of the items are available at your local grocery store. I definitely recommend this book.
