Actually when I opened the box, I said something to the effect of "Holly Cow, you have to be kidding. These will not fit together and look worth a darn." I was wrong. The trick is to locate the one long leg which is the one for the back side that does not touch the middle shelf. It is longer because it does not pass through the middle shelf and put it aside (As you look at it from the front, that would be the left rear leg.) The three short legs are made of two parts that you unscrew and then screw together through the middle shelf. That compensates for the apparent wobbly appearance of the short legs. The table took 10 minutes maximum to assemble and is very stable, much to my surprise--a pleasant surprise in this case. The darker cherry glossy finish is pleasing, and the table itself is perfect as an entry table in my foyer.

For the price it looks very professional. It is light weight and designed to stand flat against a wall but looks fine away from the wall as well, the cherrywood finish is on all sides and doesn't leave a blank spot on the flat back. Easy assembly, long leg comes in two parts. All the legs look the same but if you read instructions and look close it is easy to figure out where they go. Cons: it is a little thin but I don't think that is really an issue and shows finger smudges but easily cleaned. It looks very nice and I use it for stacking books and pappers on as well as a food tray.

I ordered this item as a side table for my daughter's nursery. I wasn't looking for anything particularly ornate or expensive, just somewhere to set things down when I was feeding or rocking her.Boy, did I get my money's worth. This table is a deep, rich cherry colour with a GORGEOUS glossy finish. It's just the right height to go beside a traditional nursery glider, and it was a snap to assemble. The instructions consisted of only a single small picture, and that was all they needed to be - it took me less than 10 minutes to put the whole thing together, and that included dusting the styrofoam twid off when I was done.I DEFINITELY recommend this product to anyone who wants a nice, classy-looking piece of furniture on a budget. I only wish I could find more pieces to match it!

The product looks just as nice as it does in the picture and it was a cinch to put together. However, it took about one full month for the smell of the varnish to vanish. It was a pain (I live in an apartment with no area for the ventilation of this sort of thing), but I guess it was worth it because two months later, the smell is completely gone. I think this is the last time I'll get semi-circular furniture, though. Its shape makes it difficult to put just anywhere.

easy to assemble

At first, I was a little worried when I bought this because some reviewers said it was small, or not very sturdy. However, I have a very heavy lamp on the top with books on both shelves and it works great! It looks beautiful, especially for the price. It's also not small at all, but not overly big. It's perfect for the living room or an entry way table. One caution though: it is VERY easy to put together (you just screw on the legs), but if you screw the legs on too tightly, you will crack the table where the legs go! I will definitely be buying another.

I bought this little table thinking it would not look as good as it does. The photo does not do it justice. You are paying $33 for a table. All the negative reviews can stuff it. The only thing, the instructions should say that the table needs to be put together upside down. I put together based on the photo and had to redo it once I got to the top of the table...really my own fault. It was very easy to put together and it's a very cute table. Exactly what I wanted and expected.

I got this table based on the fantastic reviews ... but I have to say I'm a little puzzled by them. The table is cheap, sure ... but it feels REALLY cheap. It comes in a generic box that basically says "Table" and little else. The instructions are a complete joke. Luckily it's not hard to put together, but for someone who doesn't put furniture together often, the instructions would be completely inadequate.The table itself is cheaply made. Shiny particle board. The legs aren't all even so I had to mess around with it a little to make the table steady. It looks cute enough when it's put together, which is why I'm not giving it one star, but I wouldn't trust this thing to last more than 8 or 9 months. It's very, very cheaply made. You think you're getting a "deal" because look! It's originally 55 dollars and now it only costs 26! But it's not even worth 26. Repeat: very very cheap.
