I have never experienced a slower operating new computer
I understand this is an inexpensive machine and not a powerhouse. I only purchased for my husband who browses the web, checks email and plays solitaire. No hungry programs, no need for lightning gamer speeds. I initially had it connected to my machine which I assumed was causing the issue. So did a factory reset and started cleaner this time. It is linked to my MS account, but nothing else. After waiting nearly 5 minutes for the onboard mail app to open I gave up and tried to launch a browser. It was taking so long the machine went into sleep mode. Every right mouse menu I try to use to close things freezes in place. I am trying to connect it to a Lenovo account and I can't even keep the browser moving enough to get there.

Durable and easy to use!
I started a new position and needed a new computer for work. This computer was so easy from start up to getting to work with my new program/system. I was easily able to get my protection plan and spyware up and running. This computer is functional and durable- I’m very happy with it! -A very happy Speech Pathologist!

Missing parts - No 32GB Snowbell USB Card included.
Item arrived without the 32GB Snowbell USB Card. The package box looked tempered with and the Laptop or its adapter wrap was mess with. The exterior of the box was rotten by moist (water) at multiple places.

Great purchase
The laptop is very light and thin. It is great for your everyday use. Quick set up and the battery last very long.

Extremely slow machine
It’s basically a toy, i wasn’t even using it for something specific i just opened the browser and it took almost a minute to barely load the website.
