Best quality
This is our 4th micro scooter purchase. I looked at the cheaper options, but I know from experience how great these scooters are: well built, high quality, and they really last. We still have our 1st one that we purchased 5 years ago. Worth the extra money!

Easy to set up, light up scooter for a small child
The media could not be loaded. This is a cute scooter for a small child. The set up could not be simpler. All that it requires is popping in the handle bars and it is ready to go. I think the deck of the scooter could be a little bit better quality especially considering the price. There is a rear brake that is easy to use. The lean-to-steer feature is really helpful especially in a scooter this size that is for younger kids. It makes the ride much more manageable. The handlebars are also adjustable. The light up wheels work really well and look very cool. All kids enjoy lights so no doubt this feature would be desirable for most.Overall, this is a good option for a small child. The lights work well, it has a lean-to-steer feature, and set up is a piece of cake.

Micro is known as the best kids' scooter manufacturer for a reason
After buying several other types of scooters for my kids over the years, never quite able to justify spending the money on a Micro brand one, I was so excited to finally have the chance to get one! This scooter is used by my very tall 3.5 year old, who isn't comfortable yet with a two-wheeled scooter for older kids. I'd say the age range is pretty accurate, since my son has the handlebars about halfway up right now. While there are a lot of products where you pay a lot of money just for a brand name, I think this is a situation where you're paying for the product, and it truly IS noticeable compared to other brands. Previously my son had been using the Swagtron 3-wheel scooter (which is a great option for the price if Micro is out of your price range!), but he's completely stopped using that one after getting used to this Micro scooter. The biggest places Micro outshines other brands are in the increased maneuverability (tighter turns are possible, which is HUGE for a scooter where you lean to steer), smoother ride, and better able to handle bumps. The Micro mini scooters also go shorter than most other brands, so your kids can start younger if that's what you want. The light-up wheels are fun for kids, especially when it starts to get dark so they can see the lights better. While the brake works just fine, my son hasn't gotten comfortable with it yet and still prefers to brake by dragging his toe or scooting into grass. After having experienced a Micro scooter now, I'm a lot more willing to pay the larger price tag to get these for my kids. This is a great product, and my son loves to ride his scooter any chance he can get!

Durable & Fun Scooter Utilizes Lean-To-Steer Concept
Our family is sold on Micro Kickboards—our eight year old has had his for five years, and it’s still going strong, even after much kid abuse. We decided to order another for our three year old—we’re very pleased with this easy-to-use model. It’s ready to ride right out of the box; just insert the handlebar into the deck, and you’re done. The T-bar (handlebar) can easily be adjusted to different heights. What we like best is the smooth ride these kickboards provide, and the stable support needed for first time riders. Everything about the scooter is high quality, and the light-up front wheels on this model are an added bonus. This is a lean-to-steer scooter—the handlebar does not twist; rather, kids use their body weight to lean left/right to steer. The three wheel design makes this scooter lots of fun—at times the kids look like they’re surfing sidewalks. We use the scooters on our paved driveway, throughout the neighborhood, and in local parks/rails-to-trails system. They’re much easier to transport than bikes, and work great on any smooth surface. Hills and dips make riding even more fun.Our three year old is thrilled with this scooter. She’s happy to join her brothers on adventures, and is quickly learning to lean and steer as well as them.

This one is tiny
like... seriously tiny! I did not see a 5 or even a 4 y/o that can use it,Other then that - pretty scooter (fairly thin though), rides well, wonderful wheels,Dislike the fact that only front wheels are lighting up, the more light you have the better it is when kids ride around at night - you want them to be visible even in a park (as a parent)Color is vibrant and pretty

Our third Micro kick
My youngest daughter is an absolute beast on the scooter. She’s been riding her micro mini since before she turned one year old basically since she learn to walk at about 10 months old.I bought her previous scooter used and she has absolutely worn it out. This new mini micro is an upgrade but also seemed necessary because she needed new tires. The light up is pretty cool but for me the scooter as a whole is more important than the light up wheels. I definitely notice some differences between this scooter and my older daughter’s scooter which is almost identical but a little bit different as it’s about 3 years old now .The handling on the scooter is almost too loose but my husband will probably tighten it up a bit the wheels are very speedy and she enjoys the light up wheels. Overall this is exactly what I was expecting and there’s no other brand I feel more confident in , to me this is the gold standard. I am interested in some of their other models for my older kids but one at a time as they are expensive! These scooters definitely last but the kids use them hard!

Open the box, ready to ride!
Our 2yo son loves his new scooter. He's a bit hesitant still, but he's coming around to it.It's basically assembled right out of the box. Love it so far!

Great scooter for toddlers
My son is just starting to ride a scooter and this Micro Mini has been perfect for him. The handlebar is adjustable so we can customize it to the rider. It was very easy to assemble and my son has been getting the hang of riding it pretty quickly. The wheels light up when they spin which is a fun and exciting bonus feature. The wheels are super smooth and handles bumps in the sidewalk well. The aqua color is bright and vibrant and my daughter cannot wait for it to be her turn to ride this. Overall, this is a great beginners scooter and it will grow with him for a bit.
