I ordered two of these for my grandsons one arrived damaged and I can’t believe how fast this seller remedied the situation. I received a replacement in just a couple days and no problems with the new one. I opened the boxes it was incredibly easy to connect the battery and it was up and running immediately. My grandsons are going to be very pleased!!! I can’t say enough how great the customer service was. I would give more stars if I could.

Fun Cart and Good Customer Service
10/10 for customer service. Cart wheel arrived broken (shipping issue most likely) and seller was quick to respond with a solution. Fun cart and would recommend to a friend with kids. Age is relative as well. We used the remote control to drive around my 10month old nephew, and he loved it.

My tall 2 and 3y old love it
They learn how to drive it within 10-15 minutes and now having so much fun upcoming up with games to play while driving it. Battery seems to be good enough for their attention span. Only have it for two days but it seems to be providing enough time for them to play before they loose the interest and I get to plug iit up

Great customer service
We have not used the product with our grandson yet but wanted to advise that the customer service was outstanding! We received the product and it did not work. Called the company direct. Got quick service and a replacement sent out immediately. Happily the new one worked as advertised and we cannot wait for our grandson to get here to use it!
