the labcoat was perfect and true to size. The embroided name was done exactly as described. No complaints!

I wasn't expecting much quality-wise when I ordered this coat given the relatively low price. I ordered a custom one for over $100 from a specific company. I just wanted a spare one around in case it’s needed. The material on this coat is actually pretty good. Not too flimsy and not too heavy. The custom stitching is pretty solid and looks good. I’ll probably order another one.In terms of sizing I am normally a Medium (140-145 lb) but I ordered a Small and it fit perfectly- not too fitted and not too loose. Unless you want one thats extra roomy I suggest ordering one size down.

Great fit and personalization features

Shipper/seller could not even space embroidery correctly as ordered. Defective illegible embroidery. Avoid at all cost. Seller would not allow any return or an exchange per their policy. Waste of money for defective item and worst embroidery I have ever seen. Big gaps in middle of last babe. No spacing between first and last name. Embroidery is not as typed into their personalization site.Cannot even contact seller other than a robot chat that says no returns to anything, despite being their fault. Would rate -5 if able!

Good quality product. Fits well and done to specifications.

Slightly boxier cut than I would like. Purchased a medium (size 8-10, 5’4”, 145 lb) and was worried it would be too small. I mean, even though I don’t button I prefer to have appropriate fitted jacket that doesn’t appear too snug and so O can wear over clothing easily without being too tight. In my opinion the medium jacket fit almost like at least a large of not an XL. The shoulders were very wide, at least 2” wider thank they should be. I can’t believe I should at least have ordered a small. The stitching is nice although I wish I could have fit my name and credentials on one line. Washed actually pretty well where you could probably not have to Iron if pulled out of dryer right away and shook well. Did not shrink on first wash in warm and normal perm press dryer. Overall I would buy again but at least 1-2 sizes down.
