Little gross if you're using as a cake decoration, quite large too (I want to say bigger than 25mm).Has a watermelon flavor that is pleasant, and the texture is also pleasant (it's not full of fake eyeball-juice if that is your impression)If you want an idea for Halloween I would place in the middle of a smooth green (custard/iced) tart, might be fun for a witch's cauldron too.
