Made of plastic. Not metal
It looks like metal in all the pictures but it's made of a kind of cheap feeling plastic. It's okay and works and isn't immediately noticeable but still aggravating. It's also a lot smaller in person than it looks on internet

Very good for the price!
This is a nice product, small so fits in my small bathroom, very pretty and compliments my theme very well! Some of the bristles fall out when using this would be my only complaint really. Would recommend if your looking for something small, cute and gets the job done for cheap.
