I purchased these reusable bags about a year ago when I moved to California and had to start paying for grocery bags.SIZE- These things can fold up to the size of your palm with the little puch that you can tuck it in. The load it carries is probably 2-3 normal grocery bags.WEIGHT-I have NEVER had these rip. I think I packed one with a couple gallons and other items one day and it was still okay to carry.DURABILTY: Like I said before, they have never ripped. I have used all of them for over a year now and cant get over the good shape they are in.CLEANING: I usually just wipe them clean witha damp papertowel if I need to and stuff comes right off.These are so convienant to keep in your car for grocery shopping. They can even fit in your purse if you fold them up.

If you've just been using the reusable bags that you get at the grocery story that are canvas, prepare to be mind blown. These bags are BY FAR the best reusable bags I've ever seen. I purchased a set for my mom for Christmas and was so impressed with the quality that I got some for myself. I don't even use all the bags on a normal shopping trip, maybe use four of them. Normally that would use 8 - 10 plastic bags. I actually feel like I am making a difference. They are sturdy, big, and can hold a lot. I have to carry them pretty far and they've held up. They aren't perfect at folding flat, but better than other bags I've seen. You will not regret buying these.

I like these but the folding part and tucking it down into the square can be tricky if you’re out and about. It’s like folding a shirt at the gap and then sliding it down into a pouch just wide enough to hold it. Yeah it fits but it’s weird getting it in there and it bunches up a lot in the process. Maybe I’m just bad at folding bags. I ended up saving the ziploc bag they came in and just wad them all up and shove them in that. It works fine.

LOVE these bags. The folding took a few tries to get the folding just right to be as compact as possible. The folded size is nice and small so I can easily keep some in my purse or car without them taking up too much space. They unfold easily and hold so much more than a standard plastic bag from the store. I would say AT LEAST two plastic grocery bags would fit in these. They are also VERY durable. I was able to easily load the bags up with bottles, potatoes, milk jugs, etc and was not concerned about them ripping. I love that the bags are water repellant so I don't have to worry about rinsing any spills out of them. I am so happy to be reducing my carbon footprint and plastic usage by owning these reusable bags. I highly recommend them!

Good item to have when shopping since many places no longer provide bags for customers as plastic is forbidden. Many states moving toward that. The "bring your own concept". Fits easily in pocket or purse when folded, I always have one in my back pocket of my jeans and in winter, will be in my coat pocket instead. I have other market bags on the back seat of my car but always forget to bring in when I go shopping.When I lived in Europe, carrying a cloth bag to put things in was second nature when going out, otherwise would have to buy something when leaving supermarket.Only thing I would change with them is the selection of colors provided. I am 69 years old, male and heavy set - the pink one in the package just doesn't sit well with me carrying. Solved problem by giving to female friend.

I've tried them during one shopping trip so far. They are strong 💪. I loaded one down with two gallons of milk and it handled it beautifully. On the inside of the bags, the seams are reinforced and protected from wear and tear. The handles are long enough to be carried by hand or on my upper arm. (As a large dude, this is plenty. It could likely be carried on the shoulder by someone smaller.)And they are very easy to fold because the seller included instructions on how to properly fold them. I will likely purchase more soon.

I have different brands of these kinds of bags. I use them for different things, from groceries to traveling. I like keeping things organized and these bags help with that also.I wash them in the washing machine with other clothes on the cold water setting. I put in the dryer with other clothing on low for about 10 minutes.The bags come out like new.

When I first opened the package my thought was..."These don't look like they are going to be very big." Then I opened it and WOW! These things will hold a lot of groceries! I used the right away and they are wonderful. Light-weight, durable, it's nice to have something I can trust to rip open and everything spills out because I didn't strategically bag my pineapple so the top doesn't cut through the bag. These things rock and I think a number of friends are going to consider getting them as well because I sing their praises. :)

I'm not sure where to rate these bags, not a 3, but not quite good enough for a 4...3.5 seems about right!I do like these bags, so I'll get that out of the way now. They hold a lot of groceries and the handle length is so convenient for throwing it over your shoulder so you can hold other things (keys, drinks, toddler hands). I've used these 3x since buying them, and upon bagging groceries on my 3rd use, I noticed a hole forming in the center of the bottom of the black bag. It's only a matter of time before that gets bigger, so I guess I have to dedicate the black bag to chips and breads only. I'm not sure how the hole even formed in the center, it's something I would expect from a seam or corner/side area that may have sharp corners of boxes etc pressing and puncturing...but the bottom center? Weird! It's a bit disappointing for the price paid and amount of use. I really do like them though, and wanted to buy another set but am now a bit skeptical.

I live in a place that has done away with plastic grocery bags. These are by far the best reusable bags I've found. They're larger than I expected and hold up very well. I've been using them consistently for over a year with no issues.I find it works just as well to just stuff the bag into the attached pouch instead of fussing with folding them up first.

Very compact when folded and easy to carry around in your pocket. I always keep some with me for unexpected shopping trips. Very easy to fold, and they hold a lot of items when unfolded! Quality is good - I imagine they will last for many years to come. Such a great alternative to plastic and paper bags.

Update: 5 stars to 2. After 6 months of very light use, there's tearing at the seams. I read a study that says that you need to use a reusable nylon bag 20 times to replace a single use plastic bag. These ones did not hit that mark.Original review: I’ve had no issues with these so far. They’re nice and big but fold down small. I’ve washed them in the washing machine and hung to dry with no problems.

I like that I can fold them up, roll them into their little pocket (on the side of the bag).I keep a couple in my purse, so when I did a bag for shopping just pull one out from my purse.I do not use my old totes that much anymore they are too bulky. They are a practical choice and better than plastic bags.
