I’m a huge advocate of magnesium, I take my daily supplement and when I’ve had a stressful day or I’m wired at bedtime I add in this Recess powder. It’s so calming, it helps clear out a bloated yucky belly and it tastes great! I love lemons and lime so it’s perfect.

I put 4 stars cos usually I don’t wanna read 1 star when I really wanna buy something. Amazon sells a lot of trashes, and this thing is one of those. This products are not widely sold, we don’t know if the ingredients inside are what is described, it’s not under the control of FDA. I got severe bloating after using this. Also, it does not help with sleeping at all. You felt sleepy at 1st, but it’s not gonna assist with a good complete night sleep. There was a lot of insoluble white residue after putting it in the water, which scared me. I lost 20$ for toxic.

Product does calm for an hour or two. However, it is hard to enjoy the chalky aftertaste. 😶. This student used to like the taste of chalk—not—anymore. My tastes are more…refined. I suppose if I drank 3/4 of the glass it wouldn’t matter—I just like getting my money’s worth.

I have tried so, many, things for my stress and insomnia. I was very skeptical at first, but desperate to find something more natural to help me feel sleepy: this little packet gets the job done. I can mix it with just about any beverage (flavored sparkling Ice water is my go-to because it’s delicious). After maybe 30-60 minutes, I’m feeling very relaxed. Although everyone is different with different experiences, I recommend just giving this a try- it’s worth it to get a good rest and mellow feeling after a hard day!

I’m a jaw clencher & teeth grinder. It’s been so bad I have to wear a night & day guard to protect my teeth. After reading up on magnesium, I decided to give this a try. It has been *amazing*. I can tell a big difference. My neck, jaw muscles, and teeth no longer ache in the mornings. I sleep better, I’m more relaxed— this stuff works. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this did very little for me. I ended up having to take 2 packets and I'm feeling just slightly calm. Oh well. Worth the try i guess. Hopefully a different product will work better with my body chemistry.

I use this before studying or before a heavy lecture.When I tell you, I studied for nearly 5 hours straight and absorbed all the knowledge I mean it. My issue with it is that it tends to spike the intensity of emotions around the end of it wearing off. So if I’m happy it feels like an extreme level of happy but at the same time if I’m sad an extreme level of sad.It has no taste, I can put it in anything so it’s easy to use, and I can sleep like a baby afterwards.Overall it performs extremely well but can spike your emotions.
