Perfect during the cold weather
Bought it for a 90 year-old friend who is stationery and with the cold spell it was ideal to act as a throw over rug and ensured my friend was warm without concern of getting cold when the heating was switched off during the day. It is soft and didn't need a large amount of power and saved on the heating of a room during the day

Ugly but warm
It's not a blanket to display, but keeps me very warm and has saved me putting the full heating on this winter.

Warm enough to turn off heating!
I hate being cold. In past years I’ve had my central heating on at full blast most of the day. This is not something I can currently afford to do. The solution is this! It fits the bill exactly; something to keep me warm whilst home working and watching tv, crucially WITHOUT the need for additional heating. I knew the technology was good, as already own a heated throw which is fine for snuggling up on the sofa but no good whilst sat at a desk. I can do both with this. There are 3 settings and I’m finding the middle one enough to keep me warm even during this current cold spell, and, of course, at 120 watt this costs pence to run. In these days I think many of us would prefer to heat the human, not the home, and with this wrap it can be done comfortably. You’ll not be sorry to own one of these.

Worth it
Use every day. Worth the money and saves on heating. Only issue is that is seems to heat up in different spot more than others. But it does heat up well and cuts off to save you leave it on accidentally

Overheated
I bought this in March last year, so 11 months. Last night it overheated quite quickly after turning it on. Dangerous and I'm disappointed.

Doesn't heat evenly
Only started to properly use this a month after buying it so missed the deadline to send this back for a new one, I am finding it doesn't heat evenly so if sharing this someone on the other end of the sofa isn't getting nice and toasty. The area that does heat up is lovely and the fabric is nice and soft. Would like to exchange this for another to see if it's just a faulty one that I have.

Very effective - saving me a lot on my heating bill!
This works very well and at present I need only have it on the lowest setting. I've not needed to put on the heating in my garden office at all so far this year because this keeps me pretty toasty - and at 1-5p per hour (depending on how high the setting is) it's a lot cheaper than running a fan heater or oil-filled radiator. It's a little weighty and cumbersome if you need to move around, as you're attached to a lead and plug, but you get used to it. I'd say it's ideal for sofa time and would double as a heated bedspread, too.
