I chose a 5 star because it cools my whole house, Just what I was looking for ,Keeps everything cool. Is not loud and so worth the money that we had spent on. Customer service was awesome. First one delivered to my house was in pieces, called customer service and 2 days later I had another on my doorstep. All in good shape and ready to put in the window and plug in. Did not have to return broken one. best customer service, great product and so within my budget.

We cooled down a 600sqft area from 92° to 73°. This little work horse unit is wonderful 😀

Lite weight easy to lift to install

Arrived in a timely manner but upon unboxing discovered a dent in the top.That was disappointing. Works ok though.

This cooler was smaller than I thought and I cannot get the float to work to cut off the water when full. I have even had a plumber look at it. Still does not shut off. It would be a great cooler without this problem.Update June 20 2016 I have also had problems with rain being sucked in when it is running. It leaves an awful mess to clean up. I work so is not a good scenario

I use it in my living room and as long as the humidity is low, it works great. It seems to be good quality and a good price.

It is much smaller than I realized. It's pricy for the size and extremely cheap built. I will NEVER last as long as the last one.
